  1. I was jazzed about the new "Write Your Own" tab. Now, just really confused.

I am working on Maundy Thursday (more on that later) and I need to insert the post-communion collect. I search on the words "Post-Communion Collect" and all the options come up. I click on the "write your own" tab as I plan on typing one of Luther's communion prayers. I click on it and my resources that I wrote (all two of 'em) appear in the second window. The third window is just for display, and I can't seem to really "write my own." Ah, well.

I go to the "My Worship Resources" view as I did to write my previous two items and write out Luther's prayer in the edit window, and save it under common elements as "Post Communion Collect (Holy Week). I go back to the service planning view and back to insert a "Post Communion Prayer" into the service. I search again, but do not find my resource. Going back to the insert menu, I find my prayer at the bottom of the general list with the other two things that I had typed. No big. I insert the prayer I had just typed, and... there is nothing there. Clicking on the "write your own" tab no longer gives you list of things you have typed, instead there is a work pane to type your own (but, I just did that! grrrr).

I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but any help you can give would be most appreciated. Thanks!

    re: your second paragraph:

I think after you click on one of your two resources, the third column in the interface should switch to an editor and let you edit that resource.

Also, you should be able to create a new resource by clicking the new button in the tool-bubble that appears whenever the "Write my own" tab is selected.

Does either of the things I just described not work for you?

    re: your third paragraph

We're going to have to try to make this bug happen over here. When we figure it out, we'll fix it. Sorry about that!
