Verify Annual Subscription Problem

    I am having trouble with Builder. I am using version 1.8.5. Each and EVERY time I open the program, it asks me to verify subscription with CPH. That means I have to connect to the internet (via dial up), let it check and then continue. If for some reason, I close down the program, and reopen, I am forced to reverify. Then it tells me that in a month my subscription needs to be renewed.

    I thought we signed up for automatic renewal, so I can't understand why I have to verify every time I open the program.

  2. How long has this been happening?

    It's entirely possible that your subscription hasn't been renewed properly from the billing side and it sounds like Builder is acting like it's in your grace period.
