Problem downloading LSB 2

    Somehow this ended up posted somewhere else on the forum too, sorry about that. But here it is in the correct place.
    I can't get Service Builder 2 to install correctly. Each time I end up with this message, "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
    I am running windows vista and have downloaded everything for service builder 1.

    It's likely that the setup helper was unable to connect your new Builder installation to the database on your computer.

    Please run the Installer again. When you reach this point, BEFORE rolling back the installation, go to Start > All Programs > Concordia Publishing House > Lutheran Service Builder 2 > Submit a System Report.

    Send us a report and we'll take a look at it. Please make sure you fill in your contact information.

    I did this a few weeks ago. Did you receive the system report?

    Ben,

    I replied to your system report with an email. Did you not get it?

    Your computer for some reason isn't able to communicate with our master database servers using your internet connection. Can you try temporarily shutting off any security software you might be using and try again?
