   When I convert LSB files into power point, everything comes out in shades of gray (very drab). Is this a setting in power point or in LSB that I need to change.

   The grey colors you are seeing are likely from the default "LSB Iron" theme. When you are in the presentation mode in Builder you can create your own theme with preferred colors by clicking the "Theme" button under the drop box. You can then save the theme and use it again in the future. You can also chose or create your own formats and edit the layout settings in this section.
