Add to that the Introit for this 26 proper the first line is this "Hear my prayer, O ; give ear to my pleas for mercy!" Which should be O Lord. The 6th Line is the same as is the repeat.

OK, so you're missing everything in large caps.
Is this while in the service building task, in the bulletin preview, or in a document you exported from Builder?
Try a couple of things for me first:
1. Switch the theme of your bulletin from "UI Default" to "Default" and see what happens (you can do this with the drop-down at the top of the preview area. Does that make them appear?
2. Export a Word document. Are they in the Word document? If not, what version of Word did you export to?

I exported it in Word 07, though I have 03. I was trying to get the bulletin to come out right, I did it in my Large Print style template but I will buzz back in and try it in default now and let you know. Give me 5.

It is missing when exported into Word 03 with the 07 .docx extension. It is there when you preview it. for both of them. Does that help?

Yes, it helps quite a bit; thank you.

I'm having the same problem. LORD, and I assume anything else in small caps, disappears when exported to Word. It's there in the previewer but gone when exported. I've tried it with several fonts, but that doesn't seem to make any difference. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it until tonight and my secretary already printed the bulletins for Sunday.

It turns out that this only occurred on Word 2003 or earlier (or RTF). We tracked it down and have solved it in the 2.0.0031 update that is arriving very early next week.
I'm sorry to hear that you're going to have one week with the problem in an actual bulletin; the only consolation I can offer is that you will have a fix very quickly.

Ryan, I don't have Word 2003, I have Word 2007. And when I export the service it's as docx not rtf. I tried also exporting as doc and rtf, but same result.

My mistake; I didn't realize it was also affecting Word 2007.
We will have 2.0.0031 out today; we'd like you to try running out a document once you have that and then let us know how it's working.

Ryan, the new patch worked. I exported last Sunday's service and this time 'Lord' showed everywhere it was supposed to.

Awesome!
I'll mark this as 'resolved'.
