I have recently moved to a Windows 7 computer. I transferred LSB 1.09 Build 2 from my old Windows XP computer to the new one, including My Worship Resources. It works fine on the new computer. I also was finally able to install LSB 2 [2.3.1.26192] on this new computer. However, I cannot get My Worship Resources to transfer to LSB 2.
I have tried running the "Re-Import data from Lutheran Service Builder 1..." tool several times. Each time, I get a message that "Lutheran Service Builder must shut down." I click OK and it does shut down -- no error message or "Send a Report" dialog. I restart LSB, but nothing has changed.
I note that I may have downloaded and installed LSB 2 before transferring LSB 1 to the new computer (I was so excited that it might work after umpteen attempts on my old XP last fall). When I installed LSB 2, I did have to fill in the User Number and Version information and go through the activation process, which I notice from the online manual I might not have had to do if LSB 1 was already on the computer.
I have already sent the LSB 2 logs to CPH, explaining this and another problem in the Comments accompanying e-mail, but I have gotten a response that the e-mail was not delivered because Ryan Kleimola's e-mail address was not recognized ("User unknown").
