Lord disappears

    The word "Lord" disappears from the Psalm and/or introit when I save it as a word file. I am using 2.0.29.25780
    I also continue to have issues updating, possibly due to a firewall.

    If you are still having issues updating, please uninstall both the CPH Software Updater and Builder 2, and re-download the installation package. It now contains a newer version of the Updater and a newer version of Builder and should take care of this problem quite quickly.

    There isn't an uninstall option under builder 2. There is for builder 1, but not 2. Should I uninstall this by using add/remove programs under "control panel" using windows? Or is there a better way to do this?

    Yes, please uninstall using the Add/Remove Programs control panel.
