I was inserting a Baptism into our service on Sunday and it errored out here is the screen shot http://i376.photobucket.com/albums/oo201/stjlansing_photo/baperror.jpg I also lost the whole service and had to start over.

Ok this occurs if/when I try to add it when it does not populate and I try to just drop and drag with out it showing up on the right hand side.

Did you submit that error to the reporting service?

Where in the service did you insert it? We're unable to duplicate that here.

Right at the beginning. Truthfully I did it 4 times and it only happened the 1st time. I tried 4 times because I was trying to fix the reading problems by changing services.

For some reason, we did not receive an exception report from you. I see from your screenshot (screenshots are very helpful: thank you very much!) what happened; but I'm also sure I didn't get a report of it. I wonder if an error happened when you tried to report the exception.
It looks like you are running Windows XP. Would you mind looking for the file lsb.log in the path "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\Concordia Publishing House\Lutheran Service Builder 2\" and emailing it to me? My email is robert-dot-lail-at-cph-dot-org.
