When trying to customize the text of the Gloria, for instance, changes do not show in the preview window and do not save. I would like to put the text into a single paragraph to save space in the service folder. I have tried to first eliminate the congregation (C) designation, then format text, then redesignate it for the congregation. The changes show up in the edit window, but not the preview window and do not save. Is there a different way to do this to make it work, is there a glitch in the process, or is this intentional in order to keep the existing liturgical formatting in tact? Thx, Mel

Where are you attempting to change this information? What steps are you taking to make the edits?

I was working in the "My Worship Resources" area, clicked the Edit button for each specific area I was trying to edit. I have tried clearing all the formatting, grouped text in paragraph form, then reapplied the "P", "C" buttons. It does not update in the preview window as I do the steps and does not save.

I am able to add all the elements into the service in the "Create Order of Service" area and save it as a custom service. I just cannot alter the formatting of the text in the "My Worship Resources" area. Might this have something to do with the fact that there is a melody line connected to each of these texts?

This sounds similar to a problem we were seeing before but had fixed; we're going to take a look into it.
