Can't always interchange Confession of Sins

    I inserted the element "Confession of Sins" into a service.
    On the "Select Content" Screen, I selected "I want to use the Confession of Sins from another Liturgy"
    DS 1,2, and 4 appeared as options, but not DS 3 (which is the on I want to use).

    Same thing is true for the "Absolution" element.
