I have recently installed LSB 2 on my Windows 7 computer. On the "Prepare a bulletin" page, I cannot change "Format" to "User Settings" (my User Settings include the hymn tunes). It does not matter what "Theme" I set it on. The other formats available display okay, but when I click on User Settings, the program shuts down. No error message, warning, or Send a Report dialog. It just shuts down and does not restart.
I did eventually save the bulletin in Text Only format, but then LSB threw an error and shut down. That time it gave me a Send a Report dialog, which I tried to do, but my Internet connection was having problems at the time. However, the service did save.
I have already sent the LSB 2 logs to CPH, explaining this and another problem in the Comments accompanying e-mail, but I have gotten a response that the e-mail was not delivered because Ryan Kleimola's e-mail address was not recognized ("User unknown").
