An update was just pushed to fix a single problem: you couldn't switch options in a service outline.
Please make sure you have updated to 2.0.0033. If you are unable to do so by running the Check for Updates command within Builder, please close Builder and run the CPH Software Updater through the shortcut we installed in your Start menu.
