  1. I just wanted to drop in quickly over the weekend and let you all know that we're aware you're running into some issues with Builder 2 not activating.

Please be assured that we will be looking into this problem first thing on Monday and will update this thread when more information is available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  2. The new update to 2.0.0036 solves this issue. Please make sure your copy of Builder is updated properly.

  3. I currently am working with LSBuilder ver. 2.0.31.16300 and it will not update - automatically or manually. I keep getting a message that I can't save anything because the software hasn't been activated, yet we keep going through the activation process time and time again. Please help.

  4. Please close Builder 2 and then run the Updater separately - it is here:

Start > All Programs > Concordia Publishing House > CPH Software Updater

It should update itself first. Then, run it again and it should update Builder as needed.

Please let us know if this does not solve your problem.

I am running version 2.0.41.19549 of Builder 2. I am being asked to activate two times when I start LSB. I have closed Builder 2 and have run the Updater separately, and I am still being asked to activate twice. Any suggestions?

    Ryan,

I am also having a problem with my Service Builder activation. Both Builder 1 and Builder 2 ask me to activate my software twice everytime I start the programs. It also tells me that my hymn license will expire in one month. I am running the latest version of each edition of Builder. Also, when I click on the about Builder icon, the window that appears tells me my licenses are expired. I'm certain that both licenses have been renewed last December.

  8. If you are still running into this problem, please contact support by email at lsbsupport@cph.org and give Support your CPH Customer Number.

There are some issues with the billing process for Builder at this time that are preventing Builder subscriptions from renewing properly. We can solve those manually if we know that you are running into these nag screens.

    Thanks!

  9. WOW I feel like a dummy now! I have had the original program for LSB forever or almost! :) And I just now for the first time looked under my start button and all programs to update! I have always just had it run when LSB starts up before. I wonder what fun things I have been missing!
    Thanks for everything guys.
