  1. Am having problem inserting series B elements for Inroit and scripture responses in Divine Service Setting 4. Found introit under series A, all advent elements for B are missing. Would be helpful also if propers were sorted logically instead of having to scan the list for them. When introit was inserted the caption "Introit" was lost and unable to get with Title/Text switches although introit contents are ok. Also missing were the scripture references. Didn't have this trouble with DS2 for Last Sunday on the 23rd.

It would also be helpful if Save As would default to last folder used instead of having to reselect it, especially since having to resave frequently to get things right here at the beginning of using version 2. Also hope you can fix indexing so don't have to close and reopen to find and use My Elements.

    Thanks

  2. The first thing you mention has already been discussed and is fixed in an upcoming data update. I'm hoping to have that out by the end of the week.

Indexing is fixed as of 2.0.0032 in My Worship Resources. Could you check to make sure it's working properly?

The other thing (save location) is on our list of things we plan on doing quite soon.

  3. I still have 2.0.31.16300. Checked for updates and none were delivered.

  4. Try running the CPH Software Updater out of your Start menu.

Close Builder, then go through your All Programs menu in Start to find the shortcut to CPH Software Updater. That should get you fully updated. We've solved the problem where the updater wasn't running properly while Builder was open.

  5. Updated ok with two patches. Cant tell if indexing ok until I add more songs.

The other thing on the save location, it would be nice if default could be changed to .doc instead of .docx. I'm using Word 2003 as is my assistant. Word will convert but it is simpler to just use .doc documents.

The Gospel announcement and response are a combined element. Fixed by copy/paste in Word.

  6. We likely won't change the default file export on our end, because .docx is now the native language of Builder output and—quite frankly—we would like to encourage its use.

I will ask about giving users the option, however.

Could you clarify what you mean by the last statement? The Gospel responses have always been combined into a single element.
