I'd like to be able to put a "Congregation reads indented portion" to the Introit. I'm new to Builder & just installed 2.x.

When you are in the planing section. Click on the button labeled insert. You will have about 5 choices. One of them is caption. Click and drag it to the spot you want it, then you will be able to edit it to say what you would like.

You can also add it directly into the resulting Word document if need be.

I tried doing it in the planning section, but it makes the caption an option, as in Caption, Introit, or Entrance Hymn? No way to insert between "Introit" and the actual text of the Introit.

Pastordale,
That's just a little trickier, but if you want to do it once and use it every Sunday, it's probably still worth your time to make the change in Builder rather than Word. Here's what you should do:
1. Follow the steps Jessica described to create a new Caption; name it "Introit."
2. Follow the sames steps but create a new Rubric this time; enter the text you want.
3. When you format your bulletin, hide the title of the actual Introit. If these are all showing up as options, I would just drag them out of the option group. (You can also do this by right-clicking the elements, and clicking "Move Up" several times.)
Did that work?
