  1. By now, Ryan, you know who I am, and the past trouble we've had with our one computer. It had been working fine since our last incident maybe six months ago.

But it chose the week before Christmas to bring back that notification: the file: cph_lsb_system appears to be missing or corrupted. It tries twice to repair or replace it, then shuts down.

I guess we call this "here we go again." Have we learned anything new about this from the computer at CPH that is also doing this?

    Contact me ASAP.

  5. Guess what, Don - it's back for me again as well. No less than the 5th time it has infected my machine.

Apparently, there has been enough time with this issue that the phone support people can now (usually) solve it. Previously they couldn't. And I am yet to call them this time.

They can fix it, but don't seem to have a clue how it's happening.

I just called the support line and the solution was to uninstall and reinstall. That is not a very friendly solution. If this is a problem that will keep recurring, is there a bug report filed? Is there anything I can do to keep this from happening again?

This problem bit me again, twice. I serve two churches and last week at Grace I got this problem. When I try and remove and reinstall it fails on the installation with an error that says something about the download being bad. (Sorry I don't have the exact message but I am not there.)Just now at Zion, where I am trying to do bulletins for both churches, the problem shows up again. For the second time on this one. I haven't tried to remove and reinstall but the last time I lost a lot of my data.
It appears that this problem has been going on for at least 8 months and I am wondering if there is a solution. Before I remove it and reinstall, is there any information you might want?

Again, this is the third time on this computer. What am I doing wrong????? There were no unplanned shutdowns of the program or of the computer. It was working on Tuesday and I try it again on Thursday but it tells me that cph_lsb_system is missing or corrupted. Is there a solution to this problem?

Builder is becoming unusable because of this problem. It has happened again. I don't know what to do. Is anyone listening??? I will again try and reinstall but I have my doubts that this will be a solution for more than a month. Is anyone else experiencing this problem, and more importantly, has anyone been able to prevent it from happening again?

    Dan,
Thanks for posting this information. We will look into your problem and see if we can #1, recreate your scenario, and #2 (more importantly), prevent it from happening to you again.
    Blessings to you this Advent.
