As I posted previously, I needed to add a public domain song for our Children's Program -- We Three Kings.
It has a 5 stanzas and a refrain. As I was entering the various stanzas, I got confused on the use of the 'Refrain' window, versus selecting the 'Refrain' box in hte 'Edit Stanza' window.
The first time I selected 'Refrain' it put the words in the second window. When I selected the hymn for a power point presentation, I was not able ot have both the stanzas and the refrain. I had to add another hymn element, select the hymn again and click on the 'Refrain' Button.
Later, I decided to play around with it a little more, and so I tried to add the refain as a stanza. This time I was able to have a 'Refrain' that I could select as a 'Stanza'
I guess I am confused about the need for a 'Refrain' Button on the Powerpoint edit page. It doesn't seem to do anything you can't do by having the 'Refrain' as a stanza.
