When you close Builder version 2.0.0016 after the first time you run it and activate it, it blanks out the Customer Number field in your initialization file, forcing you to activate again the next time you run it.
On the second close, however, the number sticks.
This is a known issue and we are working on it.
This is happening in 2.0.0017 also :D I have already rebooted and that did not fix it.
this did not happen the 3rd time I tried it on .017 nor at all on .018
Ryan, I installed Beta last week and on Friday(??? I think!) was at verision2.0.21.12837. This evening I checked the forum and found that there was a new patch to be pushed out. I started Beta 2.0.21.12837 and was asked for registration information again.
After completing the form, the program opened and I went to Tools/Check for updates. Nothing was found. Repeated action on Tools menu. Again no download. I have now checked by checking for downloads from the help menu and again no down loads. I am leaving Builder open while I listen to the election returns with one ear :) to see if any thing "pops up" for builder...

Can you try leaving Builder closed and running the Updater through your Start menu and see what happens? You may receive an update for the Updater or two.

This has finally been resolved. It was an issue with the web service; so the change is effective immediately whatever version of Builder you are running.
