Thanks for addressing this issue. Personally this has been one of the biggest casualties in the switch from ver. 1 to ver. 2. I look forward to having this working again. Thank you!

- Jeff

We just finished putting a few touches on a 2.1.25 update for you, and we're going to run it through some beta testing before sending it out to everyone.

We're mentioning this right now because we'd like to take a moment to explain to you what's happened with the Statistics module in Builder 2 and why you haven't had any stats for a while.

When fixing up something else in Builder back in February, we managed to set the statistics module so that it didn't actually record the stats for any hymn that was used beyond the first level of depth in a service (which is normally all of them). For most of you, this means that you haven't been recording hymn stats for a few months now.

This is completely our fault, and we apologize for it. Builder 2.1.25 will restore the functionality of the statistics recorder and module and you will once again be able to track your hymns.

You will continue to notice a "hole" in your stats for services you worked on between the day you upgraded to Builder 2.1.6 and today. We are working on a solution for this lapse. In the next update to Builder, you’ll find a menu command that will quickly repair all your statistics.

We go to great lengths to prevent problems such as this one from occurring in the Builder update and development process. This was unfortunately the kind of thing that slipped right through and then took us much longer to fix than expected.

Thank you once again for being a Lutheran Service Builder customer and for supporting our product. It is our pleasure to serve you through Lutheran Service Builder and other solutions.
