Since installing the beta fix, I have successfully saved custom versions of both Morning Prayer and Divine Service I which I previously had problems with. I did notice some "glitching" when trying to select hymns, it took a few seconds (30) to display the list. I had to select some other element in the outline a couple times, then return to the hymn to get the list to display. Once this happened once, then displayed, it never happened again.

Is it possible to restore the the button that displayed the hymn suggestions in numerical order as in Builder 1? I noticed that option exists when searching hymns but not when in the "suggested hymns" tab.

I also noticed in "edit mode" inserting a "C" (congregation) response, the boxed "C" is not in boldface, but when saving to a Word document (and also in the display within Builder 2) all the boxed "C" entries seem to be bolded. This makes the "C" more difficult to read (the black box seems to get the bold and the actual letter is very thin). Is it possible to adjust this?

Any user who has checked in their Preferences that they would prefer to receive beta versions of updates will receive the update to version 2.1.10 a little later today.

This update contains the following changes:

"Renew Annual Subscriptions" has been added to the Tools menu to give users a method to update their subscriptions manually if the need arises.

Changes that are made to an element in a custom liturgy that originally came from Lutheran Service Book are now saved to a local copy of that element.

Added proxy settings to the Preferences dialog.

Improved the exception handling for missing Internet connections or Internet connections that cannot be detected by Lutheran Service Builder.

Resolved an oddity with the validation of deleted Locations in the Preferences Dialog.

The big one here is the one about elements copied from Lutheran Service Book. Several users have reported that changes they make to a liturgy were not being saved. Thanks to a couple of very helpful users, we were able to track down that problem and isolate it to something that (unfortunately) had to be redesigned slightly in the code in order to accommodate this kind of action. This change will require some testing in order to ensure that it is handled properly and is not generating additional problems for users.

To this end, we are releasing the update to the beta path and will be watching for additional reports to come in while we are in the testing period. If you are using the beta update and experience ANY undesired effects, please post in this thread as soon as possible so we can make required fixes or changes ASAP.

Thanks for helping us test Lutheran Service Builder and make a better product for all our users. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
