We just cleared 2.2.4 through testing and released it this morning to the automatic update service. All users of Lutheran Service Builder should be notified of this update when they next start Builder or check for updates.
Significant alterations made to Builder’s installation mean that we’re bumping the version number for Builder from 2.1 to 2.2. With this update, you are receiving the code that will be used for the forthcoming “Concordia Organist” add-on, but it will not be available for purchase or use until a future update.
The following changes have been made to Lutheran Service Builder since version 2.1.27:
Changes
- Increased space around elements in TreeViews, ServiceOutline
- Removed extra space before headings in ServiceOutline
- Holiday: removed the bracketed proper number from holidays in the Three-Year Lectionary (e.g. “Pentecost 23 [Proper 21]” is now just “Pentecost 23”)
- Added “Edit Stanzas” button to CopyPrintSaveToolbar so that the stanzas of a hymn can be changed in PlanServiceTask and not just in BulletinTask.
- Clicking on the “Search” bubble underneath the global search box now performs the search and doesn’t just take you to SearchTask
- The text you type in the global search box and in the search box in SearchTask are synchronized.
- Removed the “Subcaption” style from the PowerPointStyles dialog.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved issue where stop button for preview player was stuck on mouse-over appearance.
- Resolved issue where simultaneous downloads conflicted with each other
- EditContentNamesTabs: Disabled delete content name button when there are no content names selected (so that one cannot “delete” the Authors or Copyrights tabs.)
- Resolved issue upon deleting Tunes that caused the RecordTree to continue insisting that the deleted Tune was selected: this would cause the TuneEditor to show the deleted tune values and try to validate them.
- Fixed a serious issue introduced in 2.1.27 which prevented the send logs utility from working at all
- Fixed bug preventing scripture references from showing up for Liturgy Elements (e.g. Kyrie) in subcaptions
- Fixed several small bugs with Pericope parsing
- Fixed the hyperlink that shows up rarely in documents when the document’s ML is bad. The hyperlink now submits a report of the error to CPH
- Resolved exception that could occur in ObjectViewer when deleting elements too rapidly from the ServiceOutline
- Resolved exception that would occur when trying to add a Responsorial icon to nothing
- Resolved exception that could occur in ImageWizard when dragging a cut outside the bottom of an image
- ConcordiaOrganist automatically selects the sound files for Spanish stanzas
- Resolved issue where imported music did not have line breaks
